About Heike
Heike Kuzminski is a watercolour artist and illustrator living on the beautiful west coast of Canada. With a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Design, Heike began her career with a decade of experience in Interior Design. After leaving the design industry for several years to stay home with her children, she developed a passion for watercolour and illustration. She now spends her days painting in her home studio overlooking the forest. Her surroundings and daily walks in nature provide inspiration for her art. Her favorite subjects to paint are birds and animals in their natural habitat. Heike has licensed her work, exhibited in local galleries, and has recently started teaching in person demonstrations and workshops.
